Introducing........

        This blog has probably been a long time coming considering I have officially lived in Florida for 4 years now......which is impossible to believe! However, now is as good of a time as any since Chris and I have made some major life decisions this past summer. So I guess now is the best time to introduce our little "soon to be" family.

        Chris and I became a little family on July 1st when we decided to celebrate Canada day by getting our lab mix puppy. To commemorate our motherland's birthday we even named him Moose. He is absolutely the cutest (I know we are biased) and best little puppy we ever could have asked for.

Shortly after that, on July 17th, Chris asked me to marry him.......and of course I was thrilled to say YES!!!! So, it looks like Moose and I will have to change our last names (since he is technically Moose Larkin at the vet).

We have set our wedding date for August 13th, 2011 in Collingwood, Ontario. We are so excited and wish it could be sooner. I guess we just need to remind ourselves to enjoy our engagement bliss:)

So here we go on our wedding planning adventure. So far, so good. I know I am jinxing myself when I say "why does everyone say this is stressful?" I am sure that statement is about to catch up to me......but with an amazing fiance,  parents, future parents, and friends I am hoping for a smooth transition from Larkin to Kaiser!
